Giving Back

Special Operations Warrior Foundation

Our brother-in-law, Senior Master Sargent Steven Callender, has served in the United States Air Force for 27 years and has been deployed numerous times. We understand the sacrifice and dedication these soldiers and their families give for our freedom. We are very fortunate to have his wife, Lisa Callender, as part of the Sawyer Wealth Management team.

American Diabetes Association

Jane’s brother, Robert Callender, was diagnosed with type two diabetes in his late 20s. He fought a long, hard battle and unfortunately, at age 50, he lost that battle. We know firsthand what a devastating disease diabetes can be. We give back in hopes that one day others will not have to go through the heartache we witnessed.

Alzheimer's Foundation

We have many clients who we consider great friends and family. They often come to us for assistance and advice to plan for a parent or loved one affected by this disease. We donate to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in hopes for a cure.

American Cancer Society

We have lost countless friends and loved ones to this terrible disease, but none more heartbreaking than an amazing mentor, biggest supporter, best friend and father Charles William Sawyer, Sr. We were fortunate enough to be the caregivers throughout my father’s numerous bouts with cancer. The entire family was able to spend precious time together in the last few years of his life. We cherish those memories as my father is dearly loved and missed. We pray that our time and donations help bring us closer to finding a cure.

Veteran's Program

As a U.S. veteran, you’ve made and honored a commitment to serve and protect our country. In an effort to give back, we at Sawyer Wealth Management want to help protect your future, your family and your retirement. We’ll share with you some of the underutilized benefits to which you may be entitled, work with you to determine your eligibility and complete the required paperwork to apply. With the Veterans’ Aid and Attendance financial assistance benefit, you and/or your surviving spouse could receive a monthly tax-free pension to help defray costs associated with home health care, nursing care and assisted living support. For your service, we’re in your service.
